Andrew Turner has been working in the bath manufacturing industry for 17 years and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role in Continuous Improvement. With an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, he is dedicated to identifying efficiencies, enhancing production methods, and helping us to maintain the highest standards across our operations.
Before joining Trojan, Andrew worked in the quarrying industry, where he developed a strong appreciation for practical problem-solving and operational excellence. Today, he applies that same mindset to driving positive change throughout our business.
