GURPREET BAGRI

Gurpreet is responsible for ensuring all of Trojan’s sites operate in a safe and supportive environment.

With over 20 years’ experience in health, safety and wellbeing across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, warehousing and retail, Gurpreet has developed extensive expertise in her field. Before Trojan, she worked for well-known national organisations including Mamas & Papas and Howdens.

Her approach combines a strong commitment to continuous improvement with technical expertise, developed through qualifications including a NEBOSH Diploma, an MSc in Safety, Health and Environment, and certification as a Lead Auditor.

Gurpreet’s proudest achievement is enabling others to succeed by building confidence and skills capability in teams and fostering positive workplace cultures. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to live music and spending time in the great outdoors.
