Process Engineer
Steve oversees the end-to-end operations of the shower tray plant, with additional involvement across Trojan’s sister sites.
Steve has been with Trojan since June 2024 and brings over 30 years of experience from the electronics and paper converting industries. This diverse background gives him a strong understanding of multi-industry processes, supporting efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
He holds a qualification in electronics, along with a NEBOSH National General Certificate (NGC), strengthening his focus on safe and effective working practices.
Steve considers his entire career to be his proudest achievement, reflecting his long-term commitment and experience across multiple sectors. Outside of work, his greatest pride is his children and their continued success.
