Incredibly Strong, Reinforced Baths

Whether it’s bath time for the children or your turn to relax after they’re tucked up in bed, baths get a lot of use, especially in family homes. That is why at Trojan we have developed Trojancast, an intensive reinforcement process that strengthens baths and gives them a rigidity that is traditionally only associated with cast iron baths.

Trojancast not only strengthens your bath, its British ‘racing green’ resin jacket covers the entire underside offering additional insulating properties.

This added layer of thickness reduces the amount of heat loss through the side walls allowing the water to stay warmer for longer, meaning there will be less need for hot water top-ups whilst bathing. For additional peace of mind all Trojancast baths come with an increased guarantee of 30 years rather than the standard 25 years, so you can bathe worry-free.

All Trojan baths are produced to the highest possible standard and Trojancast baths are no exception. The unique process to create these high-quality reinforced baths uses the latest technologies and requires dedicated specialists to ensure the best products possible.

With this in mind, Trojan Baths built an entirely new factory in our hometown of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire to manufacture Trojancast baths and keep it separate from all other production areas.

The dedicated factory is run by a team of specialist personnel who, like all Trojan staff, take pride in every bath they produce. To ensure all our baths are manufactured to the high Trojan standard, we check each individual product at every stage of production. This means you can rest assured that you are receiving a high-quality British-made bath that cannot be rivalled by imported baths claiming to have the same properties.

Trojancast is available on all standard Trojan acrylic baths* meaning you aren’t limited for choice. To view our full range of baths, click here. Alternatively, you can call us today on 01484 648181, or email us at marketing@trojan-baths.co.uk to find out more.
