CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT – ENHANCING THE ACCESSIBLE BATHING INDUSTRY WITH DELL FACTOR
By David Mosley, March 2026

Thirty years is a long time in any industry. For Trojan and Dell Factor, it’s been a partnership that has grown and adapted as the market has — most recently, with Dell Factor adding our newly launched Living Showers range to their portfolio.
We caught up with Sales Director Mike Mitchell to hear what’s kept the relationship going, and why accessible bathing is an increasingly important part of what they offer their customers.
Trojan’s success over the last 50 years has been built on relationships like this one. We’re proud to spotlight the role Dell Factor has played, and the dedication they have shown in helping Trojan become the business it is today.

7. Are there any features, styles or innovations you’d like to see from Trojan in the future?
An enhanced twin-gripped bath offering would be good, along with a 1650mm length plain bath.

We have just published our new retail bathroom brochure which now incorporates even more exciting Trojan product options. We are hopeful that these options will further enhance and increase sales for Trojan products as the year transpires.
