1. Tell us a bit about your business and what you specialise in
Formula Bathrooms is the leading bathroom distributor in south Wales, operating since 1932. We specialise in supplying reliable, high quality bathroom products to the trade, including baths, sanitaryware, furniture, flooring and wall panels. Our focus is on dependable products, consistent specifications, and competitive pricing to support installers, contractors and developers across south Wales, the Midlands, and the south and southwest of England.
2. What regions or types of customers do you primarily serve?
We primarily serve trade customers across South Wales, the Midlands, and the South and Southwest of England through our dedicated delivery network. Our customer base includes bathroom showrooms and plumbers’ merchants – who in turn support bathroom installers, plumbers, contractors and property developers. Much of our supply supports renovations, where reliable products and accurate specifications are essential.
3. How long have you been working with Trojan?
We have been working with Trojan for over 15 years, and the business remains a crucial part of our bath range.
4. Which of Trojan’s products do you stock?
We stock a broad selection of Trojan baths, including single-ended and double-ended models, reinforced options, stunning free-standing pieces and walk-in options. All of which come in a variety of core sizes and formats suited to our wide range of customers.

5. Have you noticed any standout features or benefits that support your customers?
Trojan products are known for consistent build quality and dependable reinforcement options. The accuracy of sizing and finish helps reduce installation issues, and the durability of the product gives installers confidence.

6. What do you value most about Trojan as a supplier?
Product consistency, dependable quality, and reliable supply are key strengths. Your excellent customer service and responsive support team makes you easy to work with, and clear specifications and predictable standards make Trojan products straightforward to recommend and install.
7. Are there any features, styles or innovations you’d like to see from Trojan in the future?
Further expansion in contemporary slim-edge designs and additional space-efficient bath options would be valuable additions for modern installation requirements.
8. Do you have any exciting business plans over the next six months that you would like to highlight?
Over the next six months we will be expanding our popular fitted furniture range with a new door style available in an extensive selection of colours, giving our trade customers greater design flexibility and choice.
We are also expecting continued growth in our Hydro Step flooring and Wall Panel ranges, which are providing increasingly popular for their practicality, durability and ease of installation. Alongside these developments, we will also be releasing our next catalogue, showcasing the expanded ranges and latest additions to our product portfolio.
